Hi Matthew I don't know if it's a security or copyright issue, but I am in the UK and I cannot see any link in your original post - just a /. I would love to hear the interview.
Cheers

Hi, Matthew,
This is absolutely hilarious. He's still got it. Maybe it's being on Australian radio rather than Uk Radio or TV. he really should be the rightful owner/ possessor of that Strat. I'd love to hear him play it again, preferably through a Meazzi and AC15/30. Thanks a lot for posting.

How nice - he seems like a genuinely nice person. I met him once after a concert at the Coventry Theatre (around 1980??) - and he was funny then! He still signed my programme though - which I still have... This is a man that has nothing to prove to anyone - and with genuine humility. Respect.

Yeah Most ex pat Brits move to Perth, Hank was originally playing to move to Sydney I think? I think I heard him say his parents moved to Australia in an interview too? Matthew

Agree - I was at the stage door after the same gig so we we’re probably in the same queue 😀

Amazing that we have not met in person. I still have the ticket stubs. That small window where they were all huddled together. I think Brian wanted to get over the road to the pub... For sure - when I was in the UK - we shared the same very excellent Luthier. I wish I had the same excellence down here Mark!
