Hello,
I share lots of sound files via email and some SM platforms with fellow players etc., but I have never posted files to this site. I notice that many here are using box.com so, if anyone can advise "how to" I would gladly respond by damaging (gently) a few ear drums with a tune or two...
What do I need to do? go download some file share software which is compatible with these pages? if so, which one etc.?
Is there a link already on this site I can use??? or would I just copy and paste a link to whatever?
I'm really starting from scratch on this so any "how to" help/advice would be much appreciated.
Cheers, Barry

Hi Barry, How to upload and share a file using box.com: 1. Create free account with app.box.com/2. Click "New+" button. 3. Click "File Upload" and point it towards your soundfile and click "open". 4. You will see your file on the Box site, click on it and click on the "link" symbol. 5. Click on "copy" and the link will be on your clipboard, paste it into notepad or similar for later use. To post the uploaded file on the forum: 1. Please read this post first: charliehall.proboards.com/thread/20875/read-before-posting-sound-video2. Create new thread in Soundfiles section, write details of file (Which BT used, guitar, amp and recording method always works well). 3. Click on link symbol (globe with paper in corner) delete url "http://" and paste your soundfile link. I look forward to hearing some of your files. Kind regards, Chris
