alesis Q2 rotary encoder/push switch

hi
does anyone know what the part number or item number
i need for the alesis Q2 rotary encoder/push switch 
to change the patches. At the moment when i turn the dial on the front panel
the patch number jump about does not go to or from one patch number at a time

Hi There
Would not the encoder be DATA ENCODER - 9-00-1011 ?
You would have to check if there are any of those numbers on the encoder..

no numbers on it.. i have managed to repair it now
