Hi everyone. When using a tremolo arm is the first movement upward or downward. I know tunes like dance on the first note in the intro has a downward movement, but for generally usage of a trem/arm is the first movement up or down. I always went down first but i notice on the shadows videos hank seems to pull up. regards tony

Hi Tony, It can be either, depending on which suits at the time. You can usually hear which Hank chose if you listen carefully. Regards, Charlie

Hi Tony, Having a classical style probably means you are used to a little note bending here and there. No reason to not continue that with a different style of playing. I have noticed Hank finger bending as well as tremolo arm use. Regards, Charlie
