I'm stripping down and cleaning an old Tokia Strat that I've had for about 25 years. Its got a rosewood neck with no finish, just bare wood and as you can imagine its pretty grubby after that period of time. Any idea what I could clean it with without damaging the wood or frets BTW ten out of ten for the new Xmas banner, someones been busy Glen

Hi Glen, Lemon oil is the stuff to use. Not sure if all music shops sell it though. I was given a bottle years ago and still have plenty left. Barry H designed the Christmas banner. Regards, Charlie

hi glen yep lemon oil thats what i use, most music shops stock it and as charlie says last for years surprising how much muck comes off. peter
