again......playing the guitar and setting the "right" echo 4 a tune I feel no satisfied 100%( I use Charlie-great-patches-on a m/stomp),after all I like the long tom better,as I loved the Meazzi on the zoom 2200. Have seen the Rapiers in concert ,the echo gone...gone...gone...in every tune,in the vocals stuff mr.Price just change something on one knobs in his echo,,,what? just the vol. level? cheers..cheers...cheers...Bruno....Bruno

Hi Bruno, Hank told me he used/uses less echo when backing Cliff. I think Colin probably does the same for vocal numbers. Regards, Charlie

HI BRUNO ,ON the zoom 2200 he probably, just turns down the ""MIX" knob[pot] to reduce the echo level it is easy on the zoom ,but it can be also done on the magic stomp but you go up first & then down ...& you need to look at the read-out [screen] ...
cheers ........barry..ps. My opinion only bruno the m/stomp has the better sound,,,,& quicker to shift patches unless you have a midi-pedal for the zoom...

When Colin is using his Atlantis, he tends to keep the same setting for most of the show with only minor adjustments to the echo level. He uses a Meazzi setting simulation with heads 4, 5 & 6 in use and with head 5 being the repeat/regeneration head.
