Thanks Sandra, Kay for the new link. I had his old site in my favourites and that's why I couldn't open it. I just thought it was a bit unusual for Phil not posting as he 's quite a regular contributor.

Hi Guys, Noticed over quite a few weeks Phil McGarrick is not posting his usual sound files etc. His website seems to be down as well. I hope all is well with him. Cheers Norm

Thanks Gary, I was hoping I could still use Office to open sent files etc but will see if I can re-install otherwise I'll bite the bullet and get a new version. The Apple office apps don't seem to display all the information as sent in a Excel file as I have just discovered. Anyway I will try to reinstall, thanks Gary.

Hi Gary, I made the mistake of updating and now found my old 32 bit Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) doesn't work. I now have to purchase a new copy of Office which is not cheap. Cheers Norm

If using itunes for backing tracks. Open iTunes and from the menu bar on top of the computer screen choose iTunes >preferences. Click Edit then click playback tab Click Sound check and that will update music to same level. Cheers Norm

Hi Guys, Just going thru bits and pieces and God knows where it came from but its of no use to me. An Edirol Audio Capture UA-20 24 bit digital USB Audio/Midi interface complete with manual. If it is of use to anyone its free as long as the postage is paid from New Zealand. Cheers Norm

Sorry guys you are right, I was looking at a picture of a 68 strat headstock a while ago which included headstocks between 64 and 74 and seemed to remember some are smaller. I revisited the site just now and its the way the photos are taken that gives the impression of different sizes. Google 68 strat large headstock and check the photo of the 64 to 74 headstocks. Cheers Norm

He died in 1970 - the large headstock was first in 1966 discontinued and revived in 1974. I think the model they have reinvented is the 1968. Cheers Norm

Very very nice you must be a happy chappy. One of your other photos Matthew is a photo of Apache Cat. I can remember having a bet on it a few years ago and if I remember correctly, it won a few races. Cheers Norm

Hi guys and Charlie. Along with my manual the list of patches for tunes has been misplaced. Do you require an email with my magicstomp identification for a resend of the patch numbers for tunes. Cheers Norm

Hi guys, my magicstomp is jammed between patches U31 and U33. By operating the footswitch buttons - and + I can only go between the 2 patches. It has been programmed with Charlie's EFTP. It was working normally last time I was using it. Has anybody ideas of fixing this problem. Cheers Norm. PS I have to go out soon plus the time difference here in NZ which will explain if there is a delay in answering questions.

Where do the years go. I saw them in Christchurch NZ in '64. Still have the original programme plus the original Aussie one I picked up on Trade Me many years ago. I'll have to dig them out and post a few photos. The Majestic theatre here where they appeared is at present being demolished due to our recent earthquakes. Another link gone. Cheers Norm
