Hi everyone, Whilst I agree with everyone, re general echo patch15. For live shows I select the relevent patch for the tune played with great results and feedback from the audience on te sound. My argument is, why bother going to the expense of purchasing a wonderful piece of kit like the H&C then only end up using 1 patch when it matters. Just my opinion😁 Pete

See you there 8pm Pete L If you wish to play a number, let me know beforehand so we can accomodate you.

i’m Afraid he won’t get what he deserves, not in UK, were trapped in a legal system. As I understand it from a friend who was there, the guy gave him a good beating. Looks a rough place to play. Peter

Tricky one And it also depends on wether they are genuine EFTP. Originally in preference some time ago, the Q2 was rated just above the Magicstomp but I must say, in my opinion having used a Magicstomp with the genuin patches, was difficult to beat. I am now fortunate to own a H&C now this is a different kettle of fish, this machine is the bees knees as they say and I honestly can’t fault it and works extremely well in a live situation, I can highly recommend.

Hi Folks Well, we had a good night last night, good numbers turning up, the downside, was that we only had 15 mins to EQ the sound, instruments Backing tracks etc etc, that said we got through it fairly ok concidering. Our Singer colin was struggling with a throat virus, though not noticable but carried on, he didn't want to let us down, so his set list was curtailed by what he knew his voice would manage on the night, in the end he could only do the one spot. It was nice to see Terry Devon and his wife 'lovely couple' We really appreciated their company last night and we will have to return the gesture and go up to see them in Blackpool. We will be having a Christmas one on the Friday 14th Dec, if you can make it, that would be great, its a great friendly atmosphere, if you would like to play a number at this event, do let us know before hand then we can organise it.
cheers Peter

Hi Mathew it has potential as a Pedal but not convincing on the 'Apache' patch, in fact not as good as my old ME5, by quite a bit but looks a good general pedal. Peter

Hi, one person who can be identified more than most is Mark Knophler, very unique player, fingerpicked style in Rock music, unusual, its usually predominantly country style on the electric. Peter

Hi For me, Atlantis always sounded as though it was on the edge of the clean to dirty sound, as is known with Amp settings. Pete.

Hi, I use 9:42 Elixer, expensive but seem to last forever, I don't use the heavier gauge strings unless I want to just cover the old numbers but I have to Generalise covering a broad spectrum, Will have to get another guitar, one just for the oldies ha ha :-) cheers Peter
